Most
Switzer students attend high school entering two or
three years behind their peers in public school.
Academic emphasis is placed on remediating
their core educational skills, learning techniques
to compensate for their learning disabilities,
problem solving and study skill development.
Throughout the program, we also work with the
student’s to manage their emotional and behavioral
problems, and learn appropriate social and
interpersonal skills so they are prepared for the
future.
Vocational skills are also introduced throughout
high school with specific vocational skill
development occurring in several specialized
classes.
